Also, depending on your country's customs policies, you may be asked to pay import duties or taxes upon receipt of your order. In these instances, you would be responsible for these charges. 全国一律880円(税込) ※ただし、離島は実費となります。

在庫確認後、通常1~3営業日以内に発送いたします。

オーダーメイド商品は、ご入金確認後、制作し発送いたします。

商品の品質には万全を期しておりますが、万一不良・破損などがございましたらお届けから8日以内にインターネット・電話のいずれかにてご連絡ください。
責任をもってすぐに交換させていただきます。

なお、お客様のご都合による返品・交換の場合は、未使用のものに限り、商品到着後8日以内はお受けいたします。お客様のご都合で返品・交換される場合、返送料はお客様の負担とさせていただきます。

当店が誤った商品を配送した場合、返送料と再送に必要な送料は全て当店の負担です。
