Please be aware that due to various factors, there may be some delay before your items arrive. Also, depending on your country's customs policies, you may be asked to pay import duties or taxes upon receipt of your order. In these instances, you would be responsible for these charges. I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

After confirming inventory, we usually ship within 1~3 business days.

Made-to-order items will be produced and shipped after payment is confirmed.

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event of a defective or damaged product, please contact us either online or by phone within 8 days of delivery. We will take responsibility for replacing the product immediately.

Please note that we will accept returns or exchanges for the customer's convenience within 8 days of delivery, provided that the product has not been used. If the return or exchange is for the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. If we have shipped the wrong item, the return shipping and all necessary resending costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Please understand this beforehand.
